How much does a website cost?
Every project is quoted individually, because every business needs something different. You tell us what you need and you get a free, fixed quote covering design, build, your domain name, hosting, SSL, business email, search setup and going live. After launch, ongoing maintenance is catered for — and the figure you're quoted is the figure you pay.
What does ongoing maintenance cover?
UK hosting, your domain renewal, SSL certificate, business email, daily backups, security and software updates, uptime monitoring — and changes. New prices, new photos, a new member of staff, changed opening hours: you ring or email and it gets done. Phone support is included and there's no ticket system. No contract either — cancel whenever you like.
Do I own my website?
Yes — the website and the domain name are yours. We don't do rented websites you lose the moment you stop paying. If you ever want to move it somewhere else, you can, and we'll help you do it.
How long does it take?
Usually two to three weeks from the first conversation to going live, depending mainly on how quickly your words and photos come back. Bigger sites, online shops and bespoke tools take longer — and you'll be told the timescale before any money changes hands, not after.
